Product returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days at absolutely no cost in the first change and to request its replacement with another size or another product.

The process is simple and can be done in two different ways:

a. You can go directly to the Returns Form and fill in the necessary information

b. Follow the following steps:

You log into your account, where it has a breakdown of your recent orders

Select the “Return” link (to the right of the box) and the design to return

In the window that opens, select the product you want to return and the reason for its return

Finally, on the last page, you choose the way you want your money to be refunded.

Order Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before the shipment of the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address info@ottimo.gr or by calling 21 0262 1622 Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00.

b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free product return, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded within 5-6 working days from the date of order cancellation, or at the latest within 14 working days in exceptional circumstances.

Shipping & cash on delivery costs are not refundable if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal.
